Chaabouni's Online Store Return and Exchange Policy

At Chaabouni's Select Collection, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please carefully review our updated policy below:

Policy Overview:

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds.
  • Exchanges Only: Exchanges are allowed within 7 business days of receiving your item (All Dresses are Final Sale).
  • Condition of Merchandise: To qualify for an exchange, items must be in good condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Absolutely no exchanges on any altered merchandise.

Reporting Issues

  • If there is anything wrong with your item (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect), you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item by filling out our online form. Please include a clear picture of the item and a description of the issue.

Exchanges

  • To start an exchange, complete the online form available on our website. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return your item and proceed with the exchange.
  • Items sent back without submitting the online form and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Certain items cannot be exchanged, including underwear, socks, intimate apparel, sale items, and gift cards.
